Absolute and gauge pressure measurement: Measuring principles
Piezoresistive sensor: Under the action of working pressure, the process isolation diaphragm is deformed, and the piezoresistance value in the bridge changes, thereby converting the pressure into a voltage signal (single crystal silicon semiconductor technology). The voltage change of the bridge is measured and calculated as an output.
Pressure switch: opens or closes an electrical PNP contact when the set pressure value is reached. Also available is a 4...20 mA output signal.
