1. Coriolis mass flowmeter: measures mass flow, density, temperature and viscosity simultaneously;
The Coriolis measurement principle is used in a wide range of industries, such as life sciences, chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, food industry and in custody transfer applications. Coriolis mass flow meters can be used to measure almost any fluid: cleaning fluids, solvents, fuels, crude oil, vegetable oils, animal fats, rubber, silicone oil, alcohol, jelly, toothpaste, vinegar, ketchup, salad dressing, gas or liquefied gas.
2. Electromagnetic flowmeter: mature flow measurement technology, used for measuring various types of conductive liquids in various industries
Electromagnetic flowmeters have been used in various industries for more than 60 years and are suitable for measuring various conductive liquids, such as water, acid, alkali, mud and many other liquids. Typical applications include fluid monitoring, refueling, filling, and high-precision measurement of transfer. Since 1977, we have successfully sold three million electromagnetic flowmeters, which are maintenance-free and can be seamlessly integrated into the user's system.
3. Ultrasonic flow meter: economical and versatile gas and liquid flow measurement, with a maximum nominal diameter of DN 4000
Ultrasonic flow meters can reliably measure the flow of all types of gases and liquids – completely unaffected by conductivity, pressure, temperature or viscosity. In applications where traceability is required and high measurement accuracy is guaranteed, it is recommended to use pipeline ultrasonic sensors; while bundled ultrasonic sensors can be installed on the outer wall of the pipe for temporary measurement or upgrade.
4. Vortex flowmeter: durable and widely used for liquid, gas and steam measurement
Vortex flowmeters are used to measure the volume flow of liquids, gases and steam and are widely used in various industries. In applications in the chemical and petrochemical industries, in power plants and heating systems containing a variety of fluids: saturated steam, superheated steam, compressed air, nitrogen, liquefied gas, fuel gas, carbon dioxide, fully deionized water, solvents, thermal oil, boiler feed water, condensate, etc.
5. Differential pressure measurement: continuous level, flow and differential pressure measurement
Differential pressure transmitters are used in most industrial processes using piezoresistive pressure sensors, welded metal diaphragm sensors, electronic differential pressure systems or diaphragm seal systems. Thermal mass flow meters are an ideal alternative to traditional measurement technologies when gas metering applications require a wide range of turndowns or low pressure drops – for process control, loss and supply monitoring, leak detection or monitoring of transport networks. Insertion meters can measure gas flow in large-bore or rectangular pipes.
